Refunds & Returns Policy

Please read this policy carefully. This is the Return and Refund Policy at Electrify Social.

It is important to note that by subscribing to our services you are fully agreeing to our Returns and Refunds Policy.  You as a customer agree to pay & take responsibility for all charges made in accordance with your subscription and these policies.​

Refunds are taken on a case by case basis. Once the expenses for the services have gone out and been rendered, we cannot issue a refund. Additionally, once your campaign goes live we cannot issue a refund. We can only issue a full or partial refund prior to the initiation of any campaign or service. You must let us know within 24 hours of service initiation (subscription creation date).

In the case that a refund is made, there will be a conversion fee associated with the refund (based on the currency you’ve purchased with) as well as the original refund fee (Credit Card: 2.5%) (Stripe 3%)

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.
